Diversified Communications, has acquired Accountex, a UK-based tradeshow and annual exhibit for accounting firms and software vendors. national exhibition for accountants and finance directors. Earlier this year, the company acquired the US-based accounting education network and conference events of The Sleeter Group.
Started in 2012, Accountex draws nearly 5,000 attendees to its annual conference. The next event is scheduled for May 11-12, 2016 at the ExCel convention center in London. The upcoming SleeterCon Accounting Solutions Conference will be held Nov. 17-19, 2015 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
Diversified Communications holdings include accountant and finance-focused educational resources and events and for accountants and finance professionals, including The Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM).
